Excessive logs - The TLS connection was non-properly terminated

Problem

In some versions of Redpanda, you may see excessive logging with the following message.

Disconnected xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:xxx (applying protocol, The TLS connection was non-properly terminated.

Resolution 

This message is removed in Redpanda version 24.2.x, upgrading to that version will remove this log message.
